HYGENIC ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF PERFORMANCE HEALTH, INC., MANUFACTURER OF BIOFREEZE® PRODUCTS |

Akron, OH -- The Hygenic Corporation

Performance Health, Inc. (PHI), developer and marketer of the Biofreeze® brand
