The Exercise Station is designed to be a light-weight and compact unit for strength, balance and flexibility training. The Exercise Station also can be used for cardiovascular training by incorporating step exercises.

 Made of high-impact polyethylene, the exercise station is light-weight and portable. It has six aluminum pin connectors for bands and tubing and comes with 12-inch, 18-inch, and 24-inch tubing in "beginner" red, "intermediate" green, and "advanced" blue, with specially designed connector clips. A total of 18 pieces of tubing are included, as well as an exercise bar, two handles, and two Thera-Band Assist™ attachment straps. The Exercise Station features a center cavity that acts as a stable base for ball and balance exercises. The cavity is designed to fit most popular sizes of exercise balls as well as Thera-Band balance products, sold separately, for progressive balance training.

The Exercise Station allows athletic trainers, rehabilitation professionals and chiropractors to work with individuals or groups to progress strengthening exercises by starting with light resistance and moving toward heavier resistance using single tubing lengths.  Professionals can also use it for progressive balance exercises by starting with the station's solid surface and advance to different levels of instability by adding Stability Trainers, a Rocker Board, then a Wobble board.
