The catalog introduces a variety of new products, including the newly redesigned retail "clam shell" style packaging for Thera-Band Resistance Bands and Resistance Tubing.  Each package shows the bands or tubing in use, while clearly identifying the level of resistance bands inside.  The catalog also features the First Step to Active Health® kit, an activity program for inactive adults over 50.  The First Step kit allows healthcare providers to provide their patients with a well-rounded, easy-to-follow activity program that integrates cardiovascular exercise, strength, balance and flexibility training.  
 

Three new balance products are featured in the expanded Balance product section of the catalog: the Thera-Band Extra Soft, air-filled Stability Trainer; the Rocker Board and Wobble Board.  Together, they bring 3 new levels of balance training to the Thera-Band System of Progressive Balance Training.
 

The catalog features on the new Thera-Band Exercise Station, a light-weight and compact unit for strength, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular training.  Each unit comes with three levels of progressive resistance tubing and an exercise bar, handles, and attachment strap, that attach to the unit for upper and lower body exercises. The Exercise Station also features a center cavity that acts as a stable base for ball and balance exercises. The cavity is designed to fit most popular sizes of exercise balls as well as Thera-Band balance products, sold separately, for progressive balance training.
 

Additional new products include the Sport Handle, a 12-inch handle that attaches to bands or tubing for exercises requiring a two-handed grip; and nine redesigned Exercise Mats, made from a soft closed-cell fabric-like material that is light and easy to clean.
